Gilly Eddins was born between 1781 & 1790 based on the 1830 & 1840 census for Chesterfield County, South Carolina.1 She appeared in the census in 1830 and 1840.2 She died before 1850 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina.

Gilly Eddins and William "Old Frozen Bill" Sellers were married about 1818. This date is based on the birth of their oldest known child. William Sellers, son of Philip Sellers and Mary, was born in 1790 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina. He appeared in the 1830  & 1840 census for Chesterfield County, South Carolina.3 4 Bill died in Jul 1844 at the age of 54 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.5 6

William Sellers and Gilly Eddins had the following children:

i. Noah Sellers, born 2 Sep 1819, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Timney Ellen Parsons, aft May 1840; died abt 1894, Madison County, Tennessee.

Gilly and William had other children that have not been identified; both sons and daughters.
