Mary Jane White is the daughter of John G. White and his wife Catherine. Mary Jane married Eli W. Brock about 1862 based on the 1900 census where they reported that they had been married 38 years. 

Eli W. Brock and Mary Jane White had the following children:
 
I. Catherine "Katie" Brock, born abt 1866, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Daniel Franklin McLauren.
ii. Mary Hattie Brock, born abt 1869, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Egbert Jesse Bivens, abt 1892, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Henry McCann; died 29 Nov 1949, El Dorado, Union, Arkansas.
iii. Emma Brock was born in Nov 1871 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
iv. Daniel Franklin Brock, born 1 Nov 1874, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Emma Ernestine White, abt 1895, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Marie B. Edwards, abt 1924–1927, Chesterfield County, South Carolina; died 11 Apr 1931, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
v. Lucy Ellen Brock, born 27 Aug 1876, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married Emerson Coyt Rivers, abt 1899, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; died 26 Oct 1936, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
vi. Sarah Ann Brock, born 10 Oct 1880, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina; married William Washington Brock, 1900, Chesterfield County, South Carolina; married Earl Eugene Teal, 1911–1915; died 12 Sep 1946, Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
vii. John Calvin Brock was born on 12 Sep 1882 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina. He died on 12 Jan 1938 at the age of 55 in Cheraw, Chesterfield, South Carolina and was buried in the Old Brock's Mill Baptist Church Cemetery.
