Jefferson, April 5. – Mr. W. B. Gulledge of this place was married to Miss Susie Laney of Union county, N.C., Sunday Afternoon, April 2 [1905]. The Ceremony took place at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Laney, and was performed by Rev. Mr. Allison, evangelist for Mecklenburg presbytery. It was a quiet affair, only a few relatives and friend being present.
Mr. and Mrs. Gulledge arrived here yesterday and will be at home on north Hampton street.
