The Carolina Field of Honor was dedicated and open to the public on Saturday, 31 May 2014. Ground breaking for the Memorial took place on 20 September 2013. Granite used in the Memorial came from quarries within North Carolina. The Memorial is located in Triad Park.
The Memorial is to honor the men and women who served this great Nation in its Armed Forces.
Remembrance Pavers populate the walk way in front of each Service Monument.

Granite Monuments, as above, represents the 5 branches of Service – Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard. In addition, flags of each service flies above their respective moments.
