Lewis Lafayette Toler

Lewis Lafayette Toler was a son of William Shadrac Toler and Margaret Alice Linton. He had eleven siblings; 9 brothers and 2 sisters. 

Lewis served in the European theater of World War II. He was granted a 30 day furlough home with his family in July 1945. 

PFC Lewis Toler, is home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. S. Toler, after spending 34 months in the European theater.¹

Lewis died in the VA hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. He remained a bachelor throughout his life.
 
Lewis Lafayette Toler is my 2nd Cousin once removed.
