Over the past forty years numerous researchers have searched for the parents of McCarroll Sellers without success.

Recently, a Probate record for Flora [McNair] Sellers provided information that both McCarroll and Joseph B. Sellers are her sons.
Another Land Deed (DB 6, page 436-437, Chesterfield County, SC) names McCarroll Sellers wife as Louisa Ann Sellers. Research shows that she was a Jordan before marriage to McCarroll.

“that Mrs Louisa Ann Sellers wife of the within named McCarroll Sellers“

McCarroll Sellers

I have yet to find a death dates for McCarroll Sellers and his wife, Louisa Ann. Both he and his wife, Louisa, are listed in the 1880 Census.

1880, McCarroll Sellers
1880 Census, C'fld, McCarroll Sellers

If you have information about McCarroll Sellers and would care to share it; I would love to hear from you.
