Andrew “Drew” Rivers was the son of John B. Rivers and his wife Eliza Rivers.

Andrew “Drew” Rivers was the youngest of 6 sons of John B. and Eliza who served in the war. Only one, William Frederick Rivers, survived the war and returned home.
