Frederick F. Rivers and Siddie Boatwright were married about 1804 in Chesterfield County, South Carolina. 5 v. Eliza Rivers, born abt 1815, Chesterfield County, South Carolina; married John B. Rivers, 1832, Chesterfield County, South Carolina; died 1879, Chesterfield County, South Carolina.
vi. Frederick F. Rivers was born in 1828 in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.
