III. That he left and <sic> Estate amounting to about________
Wherefore he prays that the court do grant him letters of Administration of the Estate of the Said W. A. Thurman deceased and he will ever pray &C.

I do solemnly swear that W.. A. Thurman deceased died without any Will as far as I know or believe and that I will will <sic> and truly administer all and singular the goods and chattels rights and credits of the said decease and pay all his just debts as far as the same will extend and the law require me and that I will make a true and perfect inventory of all the said goods and chattels rights and credits and return a just account thereof when where unto required So help Me God.

The Reverend Andrew Jackson Eddins married Dorothy “Dolly” Thurman, daughter of William Aaron and Nancy Copeland Thurman. William and Nancy had 5 sons and 3 daughters.
