John Allen Huneycutt was the son of James W. Huneycutt and Sarah Elizabeth Page. He was their 3rd child. John Allen had four sisters; his oldest, my great grandmother, passed away at a young age. 2

John Allen married about 1892 to Lizzie W. (last name unknown). They had two children; the oldest dying at birth. Their daughter, Azalee Huneycutt, born about 1911 is shown as adopted in the 1930 Chesterfield Census.3 4

I have a lot of unanswered questions about John Allen and Lizzie. If you have any information about these two or their daughter Azalee Huneycutt please contact me by posting comments on this blog post.

John Allen Huneycutt is my Great Grand Uncle.
