           To the Probate Court
                    The petition of W. H. Odom shows that
I.            L. H. Wadsworth died testate in above State & County on 7 March 1910, but there is no Executor request in his Last Will & Testament.
II.          That he left personal property of the value of Seven Hundred and Fifty dollars and there are some debts due by the estate.
III.        That an Administrator with the Will annexed is necessary in which to properly wind up said Estate.
IV.        That petitioner married a daughter of deceased and he has been requested to act as the Administrator.
Wherefore he asks that he be appointed such Administrator with the Will annexed.

William John Odom married Nancy A. Wadsworth daughter Of Lewis H. and Mary Ann Freeman Wadsworth about 1882. At the time of Lewis’s death, he was married to Elizabeth A. Crawford. They were married about 1902 and had two children:

• James Walker Wadsworth, b. Jun 1903
• Pearl Wadsworth, b. Dec. 1905

Lewis H. Wadsworth is my 1st Cousin 4 times removed.
