Simon Krowl and Betty his Wife to Petter Kopple ~ Land Deed

This Land Deed from August 1765 may have been the linchpin that united the Krowl/Crowell and Keppel/Kepley/Kopple/Capley families at that time and even unto today.

In May 1798,  John Kepley married Sarah Krawl/Krowl/Crowell. John Keppel was a son of Peter Keppel, Sr. and his brother Killian Keppel was his Bondsman for the wedding.

Many researcher believes that Simon Krowl and Betty his wife are the parents of Sarah Krawl/Krowl but as of yet this fact has not been proven.

In the Deed, Simon Krowl and Betty his wife are conveying 200 acres of land to Peter Kopple/Kepley.
