Cyrus Sellers, age 19, son of Allison Braddock Sellers and Ella Huntley was married on 21 March 1912 in Chesterfield, South Carolina. His bride, Carrie Irene Sellers, age 17, was the daughter of Benjamin Riley Sellers and his wife Massie Emaline Moore.

Cyrus and his wife Carrie raised a family of ten children; 8 sons and two daughters. At the death of Cyrus, he and Carrie was just short of celebrating 55 years of marriage.
Cyrus Sellers passed away at age 74 on 3 February 1967. Carrie Irene (Sellers) Sellers, age 86, passed away on 13 March 1982.
Both Cyrus and Carrie are related through my Sellers ancestors. However, as of today I still have no knowledge of the parents of Benjamin Riley Sellers, the father of Carrie Irene Sellers.
