1. That on the 6th October A D 1889 Sarah A. Eddings departed this life intestate.
2. That Sarah A. Eddings left at her death about Three Hundred and Sixty Dollars worth of personal property consisting of a bond and mortgage on real estate and some house hold and kitchen furniture. Your petitioner therefor prays that your Honor may issue to him letters of administration upon the Estate of Sarah A Eddings deceased.
