Grandma Pearly was the only grandparent I had the privilege of knowing as a child. My other three grandparents had passed away before I was born.
Grandma Pearly lived with her two youngest daughters. Her husband passed away in February 1936 and Grandma Pearly died in April 1972.
This snapshot was taken in May 1962 in Rockingham, NC at the home of her daughter.
