Sarah Ellen White was born 16 July 1867, a daughter of Richmond White and his wife Ann Parsons. Ann was the sister of my 2nd Great Grandmother, Elizabeth Parsons Sellers.
She married 1st, W. H. White and had one son, Thomas Anson White born 17 Oct 1882. She then married Samuel William Lee about 1888. They had two children; one son and one daughter. Shortly after their marriage, Samuel and Sarah Ellen moved to Alabama.
The pension file provided a lot of information on this couple but there was no marriage date for Ellen and Samuel that I could find. The file did indicate that they married in SC and migrated to Alabama in 1888. They own their house and a 35 acre farm. The entire file can be accessed here if you are a member of Ancestry.com - http://goo.gl/UBaa1z
Sarah Ellen White Lee is my 1st cousin 3 times removed.
