Mrs. Mary J. Davis

Chesterfield, March 15 – Mrs. Mary J. Davis, mother of Mrs. J. H. Privette and Thomas Davis of the Friendship community died at Charlotte, N. C. on Tuesday and was buried the next day at Zoar church. Mrs. Davis was the widow of the late Elisha Davis and is survived by several children, who live in North Carolina.
Mary Jane “Molly” Eddins Davis is related by marriage to my 2nd Great Grand Uncle Elisha Blakely Davis.
