Vs} Petition for Guardianship

At this day comes Brice McEver and files his petition, the object and prayers of which are for the appointment of a guardian for said minors, in the place of said petition the present guardian of said minors and the premises being seem and by the Court fully understood by the Court, So is order by the Court that the prayers of said petition be granted and John Petray appointed ass such guardian upon his entering into bond for said minors in the sum of one dollar which he accordingly does, with Brice McEver as his security.
John Petray assume Guardianship/Apprenticeship of the two boys as evidence by his household composition in 1860.
Brice McIver a Uncle of the minor children.
