Sarah Elizabeth "Sallie" Page was born on 30 Aug 1835 in Stanly County, North Carolina.1 2 3 4 She is the daughter of Sion Page and Nancy Dove, the granddaughter of Uriah C. Page.  She had 8 siblings; three brothers and five sisters.

Sarah Elizabeth "Sallie" Page and James W. Huneycutt were married on 20 May 1855 in Stanly County, North Carolina.

James W. Huneycutt, a son of James W. Huneycutt and Sarah Barrier, was born on 26 Apr 1833 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina.5  James was a farmer and the family lived in Cabarrus, Stanly and Anson County in North Carolina and Chesterfield County, South Carolina. 6 7 8 9

James W. Huneycutt died on 19 Nov 1896 at the age of 63 and was buried at Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery  in Chesterfield, Chesterfield, South Carolina.10 11

Sarah Elizabeth (Page) Huneycutt died on 23 Mar 1915 at the age of 79 in Stanly County, North Carolina.12 Sallie was buried on 24 Mar 1915 at Palestine Methodist Church Cemetery  in Stanly County, North Carolina.13 14
