Sara Ann Elizabeth Dry was born 16 June 1841, a daughter of John George Dry and his wife Mary Sides of Cabarruss County, North Carolina. Sara Ann was the eight of nine children born to John George and Mary “Polly” (Sides) Drye. She had two sisters and 6 brothers.
William S. Redwine was born 20 May 1823 in North Carolina. This birth date is recorded on his tombstone in the Chestnut Hill Cemetery, Salisbury, Rowan County, North Carolina.
On 21 June 1854, William A. Redwine, age 31, married Eliza Emaline Epps, age 19. This was William S. Redwine 1st marriage.

Eliza Emaline (Epps) Redwine was enumerated in the 1880 Census but sided shortly after the Census was taken. In the 1900 Census, William S. Redwine has a new wife and says he married her 20 years ago in 1880. William’s new wife was none other than the Widow of Turner W. Ingram.
On 13 February 1868, Sara Ann Elizabeth Dry, age 26, married Turner W. Ingram, age 62 in Stanly County, North Carolina.
Tumer W. Ingram died before the 1880 Census was enumerated.
In 1880, Sara Ann Elizabeth (Dry) Turner married William S. Redwine.
Sara Ann Elizabeth (Dry) (Turner) Redwine died 10 July 1913 at the age of seventy-two.
Turner W. Ingram and Sara Ann Elizabeth Dry had the following children:
i. Frances Ingram was born in Oct 1869 in Stanly County, North Carolina.
ii. George E. Ingram was born in May 1872 in Stanly County, North Carolina.
Sara Ann Elizabeth (Ingram) Redwine is my 1st Cousin 4X Removed.
