The marriage licensee embedded here within shows the date of 1 February 1875. However, Vincent Parsons, the Justice of the Peace who performed this ceremony failed to fill in the blanks on the portion of the Marriage License shown below.
Harrison Deese is a brother to my Great Grandfather, John Calvin Deese.
Nellie Isabella Huneycutt was a sister to Louvena Huneycutt. Louvenea was the 1st wife of John Calvin Deese.
So we have two brothers marrying sisters; daughters of James W. Huneycutt and Sarah Elizabeth ‘Sallie’ Page
Harrison and Isabella are my Great Grand Uncle and Aunt.
